Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Standard shipping to the United States and Canada is $4.99 USD for orders with a merchandise subtotal below $99 USD after discounts and before tax. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99 USD or more after discounts and before tax qualify for free standard shipping.
Transit times are estimates after dispatch and do not include the 1â3 business day processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Canadian Import Charges
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customerâs responsibility if assessed. Free shipping covers shipping charges only.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. DU20 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages DU20 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at du20design@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
