Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies when you select Subscribe & Save for a DU20 herbal supplement. One-time purchases do not create a subscription.

Billing and deliveries

Your subscription renews automatically, with payment charged and a new order scheduled every 4 weeks until you cancel. The current subscription plan provides 10% off each subscription delivery. The subscription price is shown with your purchase option and at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are additional and shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

No minimum number of orders is required. You can skip, pause, or cancel future subscription orders by signing in to Manage Subscriptions using the email address associated with your subscription. Make changes before your next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal from being charged.

Orders already charged

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. For an order that has already been charged, contact du20design@gmail.com with your order number. Order cancellation or refund requests are handled under our applicable order and Refund Policy terms. Herbal supplements are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
